Susan
& Cecil's 30th Wedding Anniversary Keepsake
My in-laws are very special to me, so when it was their 30th wedding
anniversary I put together a keepsake made from vellum, brochure
paper, and heavy pastel paper. I designed the book, down to the
text and layout and then hand bound the pages using a Japanese book
binding technique.
Kimberly's Birthday Present 2003
A special co-worker of mine decorated her office with her children's
artwork. When she left her office I took pictures of all the artwork
and compiled a book for her birthday. Additionally, I made a drawstring
bag from hand to keep the book safe from dust.
Noah's DJ
Keepsake
This is by far the coolest book I have ever made. The pages are
flyers from my husband's dj career. Each page that is a flyer is
an envelope and each envelope holds a flyer that can be taken out
and expanded. Noah's mother, Susan, was the recipient of this book,
and I almost kept it for myself, because I thought it was so cool.
